Since 2010, Assahira has regularly collaborated with the City of Douai for the programming of La Fête de Gayants, but from 2026 we are taking over the co-direction of the Gayant procession and pre-procession in tandem with Philipe Armand.

• Highlights include: the pre-procession (brass bands and shows) and the procession itself (the grand parade of Gayants)

• street orchestras, street performances and shows for all audiences

• a prime location for local associations and artists

• participatory and convivial moments (parade, workshops and introductory sessions)
